Interior Designer: Christina Lynn Interiors
Now under construction on Lot 127 in White Oaks Savanna, this home is rooted in the form of the agrarian homestead. From prairie to woods, expansive windows and warm wood elements create a deep connection to the landscape.

We are honored to partner with architect David Strand and interior designer Christina Lynn on this build, bringing this agrarian-inspired residence to life through thoughtful craftsmanship within the beautiful landscape of White Oaks Savanna in Stillwater, Minnesota.

A custom 2Stone fibre-reinforced concrete slab from Canada forms the base of this home, known for its remarkable strength, natural texture, and low-maintenance longevity.

Sitting in the prairie, surrounded by native grasses and wildflowers, the landscape frames the structure, creating a sense of place that feels both rooted and expansive.

Accoya barnwood siding and standing seam metal roof clad the structure, paired with large black-framed windows. A covered porch frames the entry, connecting to the rear patio and outdoor living space.

Generous black-framed windows flood the interior with light and frame the prairie landscape, bringing the outdoors in while creating a striking contrast against the dark wood siding.

We are truly grateful for our skilled carpenters. They are the heart of what we do, bringing precision, care, and mastery to every home.

The home's heart is built on openness. A generous living area combines kitchen, dining, and lounge beneath dramatic wood ceilings. Light pours in from every direction. The design prioritizes flow, connection, and the views beyond.
