4 Bed | 3 Bath | 4,790 Sq. ft.
Architect: Christopher Strom
Interior Designer: Christina Lynn Interiors
Now under construction in Lot 128 in White Oaks Savanna, this passive, sustainable home combines a blend of glass, wood, stucco, and metal with floor-to-ceiling windows to welcome light, hold warmth, and embrace the seasons.

We are honored to partner with architect Christopher Strom and interior designer Christina Lynn on this build, bringing this passive inspired residence to life through thoughtful craftsmanship within the beautiful landscape of White Oaks Savanna in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Every aspect of the home's placement has been thoughtfully refined to deepen its connection with the soon to be prairie landscape. The exterior shell is now complete, revealing how this residence will sit on the land.

Liftslide glass walls open the home to the prairie. These oversized operable windows dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing the landscape to become part of the living experience.

The roof framing extends overhead, defining the home's form and performance. Below, the concrete foundation anchors the residence to the land. Together, they establish how this home will engage with the prairie.
